CleanPick Dev is operated by Flowent — a sole proprietorship owned by Luis Ens. We're a small team and usually reply within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, Europe/Berlin time zone, CET/CEST).
How do I install CleanPick Dev?
CleanPick Dev is a browser extension for Chrome/Chromium-based
browsers. You can try the interface anytime as a
live demo
right in your browser. The extension runs entirely locally and
requires no sign-up.
How do I buy Premium and activate my license key?
On the pricing page, choose a plan — Pro
subscription (monthly/annually), Lifetime (one-time) or Team — and
complete the purchase via Paddle. After the purchase,
you'll receive a license key in the format
PREMIUM-XXXX by
email. You enter it in the extension under "Settings & License" and
click "Activate" — done.
What payment methods are available and how do I get an invoice?
Payment is handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd. as Merchant of Record.
Depending on your region, options include credit/debit card, PayPal and
Apple/Google Pay. You'll automatically receive your invoice with itemized
VAT by email from Paddle.
Can I get my money back?
Yes. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.

What data do you store about me?
As little as possible. The extension stores your pick history and
license status exclusively locally in your browser
(
chrome.storage.local) — this data never leaves your device.
Payment data is processed by Paddle. Details are in our
Privacy Policy.
What are the system requirements?
A current Chromium-based browser (e.g. Google Chrome or Edge)
with support for the native EyeDropper API and the Side Panel.
CleanPick Dev injects no code whatsoever into the pages you visit
(zero-DOM footprint).
Do I need an account?
No. CleanPick Dev works without registration. For Premium, your license
key is all you need — no login, no profile.
