Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to the paid plans Pro (subscription), Lifetime (one-time purchase) and Team (subscription). The Free offering is free of charge and requires no refund.

2. 30-day money-back guarantee

Within 30 days of the purchase date, you may request a full refund without giving any reason. An informal notice to us is sufficient. Your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal remains unaffected by this and applies in addition.

3. How to request a refund

• Send an email to support@flowent.de.
• Provide your Paddle order/invoice number (from the confirmation email) and – if available – your license key (PREMIUM-XXXX).
• Optional: a brief note on what didn't work for you (it helps us improve – but it is not a requirement).

4. Processing via Paddle

Because Paddle.com Market Ltd. is the Merchant of Record, the refund is processed via Paddle to your original payment method. We usually confirm your request within 1–2 business days; depending on your payment provider, the credit may take a few additional days. Upon refund, the associated Premium license key is deactivated.

5. Cancelling subscriptions (Pro & Team)

Pro (monthly/annual) and Team (annual) are subscriptions with automatic renewal. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period — via the management link in your Paddle confirmation email or by message to support@flowent.de. After cancellation, access continues until the end of the period; outside the 30-day guarantee, the already paid period is not refunded on a pro-rata basis. Lifetime is a one-time purchase with no recurring billing — there is nothing to cancel; the 30-day money-back guarantee above applies.

6. Statutory rights (right of withdrawal)
